Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Raise Copilot ("the Service"). By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Beta service

The Service is in open beta and provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Features may change, break, or be removed. You use the Service at your own risk.

2. Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract.
• You are responsible for your account credentials and all activity under your account.
• One account per person. Don't impersonate someone else or use a fake identity.

3. Acceptable use

You will not:

• Scrape, mass-export, or resell the shared investor database.
• Send spam, harassing, or unsolicited bulk outreach using drafts generated by the Service.
• Upload content you don't have the right to upload.
• Attempt to break authentication, RLS, rate limits, or other security controls.
• Use the Service to build a competing product or to train a competing model.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of pitch decks, notes, and any other content you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to provide the Service to you. We do not use your private content to train AI models.

If you opt into the shared investor database, the investor records you contribute become visible to other users of the Service.

5. AI output

Outputs (deck critiques, matches, dossiers, outreach drafts) are AI-generated and may be wrong, biased, incomplete, or hallucinated. Review every output before acting on it. We are not liable for decisions you make based on AI output.

6. Fees

The Service is free during the open beta. We may introduce paid plans in the future and will give existing users reasonable notice before any feature you actively use becomes paid.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time by emailing info@inzites.com. We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with or without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost fundraising opportunities, or lost data. Total aggregate liability is limited to the greater of (a) amounts you have paid us in the past 12 months (zero during beta) or (b) EUR 100.

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Service or violation of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Finland. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Helsinki, unless local consumer law gives you the right to bring proceedings elsewhere.

11. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
