Raise Copilot ("we", "us") is operated as a soft-launch beta service. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights. By using the service you accept this policy.

1. Who we are

Raise Copilot is an AI fundraising copilot for founders, accelerators, and VC scouts, operated by Inzites. Contact: info@inzites.com.

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, company, email, hashed password (or Google sub if you sign in with Google).
• Raise data: pitch decks you upload, extracted text (stage, sectors, traction, thesis), readiness scores.
• Investor and pipeline data: investors you add, matches, notes, outreach drafts, cap-table entries.
• Beta signups: email and role from the landing page form.
• Technical: standard server logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and debugging.

3. How we use it

• To provide the service: matching, deck critique, outreach drafting, cap-table modelling.
• To improve the product (aggregated, non-identifying).
• To contact you about service-critical updates.
• We do not sell your data.

4. Subprocessors

We rely on these providers to run the service:

• Lovable Cloud (Supabase): database, authentication, file storage.
• Lovable AI Gateway (Google Gemini): deck extraction, critique, matching, chat.
• Tavily: web search for investor research.
• Firecrawl: web page extraction for investor profiles.
• Cloudflare: hosting and edge runtime.

5. Shared investor database

Investors you add can optionally be shared with other users of Raise Copilot ("community-powered database"). When you opt in, the investor record — name, website, public thesis, sectors, stages, ticket range — becomes visible to other users. Your private notes, outreach drafts, and pipeline status stay private to your account.

6. Data retention

We keep your data while your account is active. On request we delete your account and all associated raise, investor, note, outreach, and cap-table data within 30 days. Email info@inzites.com to request deletion.

7. Your rights (GDPR / UK GDPR)

You have the right to access, correct, delete, export, and restrict processing of your personal data, and to lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Cookies

We use a small number of strictly-necessary cookies / local storage entries to keep you signed in. No third-party advertising or analytics cookies are set in the beta.

9. Security

Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-Level Security policies prevent cross-account access. No system is perfectly secure — report concerns to info@inzites.com.

We will update this page when material changes occur and notify active users by email.
